Made in Italy, Made for You: Inside Alberto Ciaschini’s Atelier

Made in Italy, Made for You: Inside Alberto Ciaschini’s Atelier

Where every pair begins — not with a machine, but with a gesture.

There’s a rhythm inside my atelier.
It’s not fast. It’s not loud.
It’s the quiet sound of focus: a pencil on leather, a brush smoothing out the gloss, a sigh of concentration as the arch of a shoe takes form by hand.

This is where my shoes are born — in a small workshop just outside Milan.
Not from a conveyor belt. From craft. From people.

When I say Made in Italy, I mean it. Every cigarette-heel pump, every slingback, every glossy silhouette passes through the hands of people I trust. People who don’t just “assemble” — they shape, they adjust, they perfect.

A craftsman cuts the leather by hand, following the pattern.
Someone attaches the sole.
And the lady who closes the process places each pair in the box — always perfectly.
The heel? Set one by one, with balance and intent.

What you see on the outside — the clean line, the sharp heel, the signature silhouette — only exists because of what happens inside. Inside this atelier. Inside those hands.
Inside a process that refuses shortcuts.

It’s a slower way of working, yes.
But also more honest. More human.

And when you finally slip on the shoe — whether it’s a 110mm cigarette or 75mm unlit cigarette heel — you’re not just wearing design.
You’re wearing all of this: the hours, the care, the obsession

Thanks for reading this far, it means a lot to know you’re curious about what I create.

FAQ

Where are your shoes made?
Every pair is handcrafted in a small atelier just outside Milan, Italy. Each model is made on demand, not mass-produced — that’s what makes it special.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, production takes about 10 business days. After that, the shoes are shipped directly to you with tracked international delivery.

Can I customize my shoes?
Right now, each pair is made according to the exact design and fit I’ve developed. That said, every shoe has its own uniqueness thanks to artisanal processes — no two pairs are ever truly identical.

Are they comfortable?
Yes. I design each silhouette to be beautiful but also wearable. The balance of the heel, the softness of the materials, and the structure of the shoe are all crafted for real life — not just photos.

What makes the cigarette heel different?
It’s slimmer, sharper, and more refined than a typical stiletto. It adds height and elegance without the heaviness of a chunky heel. It’s bold, but never loud.
