Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS PROCEDURE If for any reason the Customer wishes to return or exchange their order, a free return and/or exchange procedure is possible within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order.

CHANGE: It is only possible to change the size of the same model ordered. It is not possible to change the model. Shipping of the exchange is not free of charge.

RETURN: The Customer can make a return and choose a direct refund with the original payment method. The Customer must send the product to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. The right of return and/or exchange free of charge expires 14 days after delivery and, therefore, the Products can no longer be returned.

Return shipping is not free of charge.

When ALBERTO CIASCHINI receives the returned Products, they will be checked to verify their condition.

The Customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the return and that the refund will be made to the payment method originally used by the Customer to place the order. For orders paid by credit card, this may take up to 14 days before the amount appears on the credit card statement. For orders paid via PayPal, the refund usually appears within 24 hours on the Customer's PayPal account

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2• Items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original box, must not have scratches on any part of the upper or sole, traces of dirt, signs of wear or excessive creasing. Please try on the product on a soft surface in order not to damage the sole or other parts.
